Today was a beautiful day in the 20’s and so I thought I would head out on the bike a do a few miles. Absolutely loved it. Below are a few pictures I took on my 8.6 mile ride.
This weekend saw the next in a series of conferences about WordPress (the software I use to build websites with) happening in Bristol. This weekend was the very first WordCamp Bristol and was an opportunity to visit a city which I have not been to before.
Having booked a lovely looking AirBnB house this time I decided to have a little road trip, picking up a friend and fellow WordPress enthusiast Jonny. The journey down to Birmingham to collect Jonny and also onward to Bristol was wonderful with no traffic issues. We have one stop near to Bristol to get some lunch.
WordPress allows users to manage their content through the WordPress admin screens. This means users can add, edit and delete content and media and manage their sites without the need to ask developers for every change.
WordPress is a content management system, but all too often it can end up becoming a content mismanagement system when editing and managing the site is just too difficult.
Today was a Thursday like any other day, but it turned out to be a really interesting day and a very enjoyable one. The day had three bike rides, a run, a trip to the park and a great day at work. Nothing special but worth sharing some photos of.
Today I bought myself a bike which coincided with James getting his next bike as he had outgrown his smaller bike passed up from his brother. I am certainly looking forward to more adventure cycle rides like the one we had after tea this evening!
